Here are just a few things Home One Property Inspections does to ensure you (the buyer or seller) gets the most from your investment:
  • Home One Property Inspections provides you the buyer with the tools necessary to record carpet measurements, drapery measurements, and square footage calculations during the inspection. Home One gives you, the buyer, the opportunity to make the most of your time while you are at the home inspection and eliminate the need for you to re-visit the property to obtain this and other vital information of the property, which reduces your time at the inspection.

  • Quality is of the utmost importance to us at Home One Property Inspections; therefore, our inspections are thorough and follow the standards set forth by the Arizona Broad of Technical Registration. We at Home One Property Inspections will not sacrifice quality for expediency. At the end of the inspection, your Home One inspector will give you as the buyer or seller a verbal summary highlighting items of importance found during the inspection. We at Home One Property Inspections believe that nobody needs to spend time investigating and repairing a major problem that could have been avoided by early detection home inspection.
